"Our AC died on a 94° Sunday. Tech was here by 2pm, had the capacitor on the truck, done in 40 minutes. Price was exactly what he quoted."

Before you call
Common questions
How much does an AC repair usually cost?
Most repairs land between $150 and $650. A capacitor is on the low end; a blower motor or refrigerant leak is on the high end. You'll see the exact number before we start, and the $89 diagnostic is waived if you go ahead with the repair.
Should I repair or replace my system?
Our rule of thumb: if the unit is over 12 years old, or the repair is more than a third of a replacement, replacing usually pays back in energy savings. We'll show you both numbers and let you decide.
Do you offer financing?
Yes — 0% for 18 months on new systems, with approval in about five minutes. Longer terms are available for larger projects.
Are you licensed and insured?
Licensed for both HVAC and plumbing (#HVAC-2041887), bonded, and carrying $2M in liability coverage. Every tech is background-checked; plumbing work is done under a NYC master plumber license.
Do you really do plumbing and HVAC?
Yes. Boilers, water heaters, and gas lines sit right between the two trades, so our crews are trained on both. One visit, one invoice, and nobody blaming the other contractor.
What about the new refrigerant rules?
Since 2025, new equipment ships with low-GWP refrigerants like R-454B. If you have an older R-410A system, it's still serviceable — we stock both — but it's worth factoring into a repair-or-replace decision.
